  1、用料:去皮新鮮蠶豆250g,麥芽糖45g,冰糖粉70g,玉米油60g,薄荷适量,清水适量。

  2、新鮮蠶豆去皮,用清水浸泡幾個鐘頭。

  3、薄荷加水燒成濃湯。

  4、蠶豆瀝水,加入薄荷水,開水上鍋蒸25min,焖5min。

  5、加玉米油、冰糖粉在蠶豆沙裡拌勻搗爛,放到料理機裡打成泥。

  6、中小火翻炒,加入麥芽糖,炒到幹松的狀态,手捏上去不粘手就好。每份35g,用50g的模子壓,做了12個。
