  1、食材:黃豆100克,清水500克,内酯1克左右。

  2、先将黃豆浸泡六個小時,泡軟,然後用豆漿機打成豆漿。

  3、将豆漿煮沸後,溫度降到85攝氏度,放入内酯慢慢的攪拌幾下即可,也可以放石膏粉,就用水把石膏粉調成汁,然後豆漿煮沸後溫度降到95攝氏度,然後一邊攪拌豆漿,一邊加入石膏汁。

  4、點好的豆汁蓋上蓋放置15分鐘就做好了豆腐腦。
