酸菜炒魚的做法

  1、草魚洗幹淨,切塊,放鹽、油、醬油、料酒腌制15分鐘;

  2、酸菜洗幹淨切碎,紅辣椒洗幹淨切碎,生姜切絲,所以食材準備好,待用;

  3、熱鍋,無油炒酸菜,炒幹水分即可;

  4、洗幹淨炒過酸菜的鍋,熱鍋倒油,放入腌制好的魚塊,小火煎;

  5、加入姜絲繼續小火煎;

  6、微黃翻轉另外一邊,放入辣椒,繼續煎;

  7、二面微黃,加入無油炒幹水分的酸菜,翻炒;

  8、接着放芫西;

  9、放鹽、五香粉,翻炒均勻,即可。
