  1、材料:臘腸1條、臘肉1小塊、蒜4瓣、青蒜1/2根、白飯2碗。輔料:酒1大匙、鹽1/4茶匙、胡椒粉少許。

  2、臘腸、臘肉先蒸熟,然後切丁;蒜頭去皮切碎;青蒜洗淨、切丁。

  3、用2大匙油小火炒香蒜末,然後放入臘腸丁、臘肉丁略炒,加入白飯炒勻,并加入其他,最後撒入青蒜,炒勻後盛出。
