  1、材料:

  牛尾400克、泡椒50克、姜片15克、蒜頭(去衣)20克、肉燒汁(支裝)30毫升、番茄醬30克、胡椒粒少許、鹽、糖、生抽、蚝油、米酒、花生油各适量。

  2、做法:

  (1)牛尾洗淨瀝幹水分,煎至兩邊金黃,取出;

  (2)爆香姜片、蒜頭和泡椒,放回牛尾翻炒片刻,濺米酒,下适量水、生抽、蚝油、肉燒汁、番茄醬和胡椒粒,中火焖1小時(至牛尾稔),最後收汁稍加調味便成。
