  1、将橙子洗淨,從中間一切為二。

  2、挖出橙肉,橙皮待會兒當容器用。

  3、用勺子将挖出的橙子搗碎。

  4、雞蛋加入一點點鹽打散。

  5、将半個橙子的橙汁和橙肉與一個雞蛋混合。盛入橙皮中,8分滿。鍋開後放入橙皮。中火8-10分鐘取出,不要大火,不然蛋就不嫩了。
