廣東正宗蒜頭的腌制方法

  1、材料:大蒜頭、生姜、小紅椒、醬油、醋。

  2、做法:将大蒜頭洗淨去皮涼幹,盛放在幹淨的玻璃瓶内;加生姜4~5片、小紅椒1~2個,或按自己口味增減;醬油、醋各半倒入瓶内淹沒蒜頭,用保鮮紙封口蓋緊,半個月後即可食用。
