  1、鱿魚用堿水泡發30小時,洗淨後切片。

  2、菜心洗淨;豬裡脊肉切段;蔥洗淨切片;姜洗淨.切片。

  3、炒鍋置大火上,加油,放人蔥、姜煸炒出香味,然後加湯、鱿魚、肉片、料酒、鹽,燒開後撇去浮沫,再加菜心、味精、胡椒粉,待沸後即可起鍋。
