  1、凱格爾運動是收縮盆底的肌肉,也就是夾緊肛門,每次持續五秒鐘,再收縮5秒,然後放松十秒,這樣子重複練習10次,是1組凱格爾運動,1天之内需要做3-4組同樣的練習。

  2、在做盆底肌肉鍛煉時,盡量不要屏氣,可以在日常的生活中随時鍛煉,比如排隊等車、辦公室裡都可以做這個簡單的動作。
