  1、将蘿蔔洗淨,去根,切成細絲,下沸水鍋中焯至八成熟撈出放入碗内;

  2、将豌豆苗去雜洗淨,下沸水鍋内稍焯撈出;将水發香菇去雜洗淨,切成絲

  3、鍋内加入豆芽湯、精鹽、蔬果粉燒沸。

  4、将蘿蔔絲、香菇絲分别下鍋燙一下撈出放在碗内,湯繼續燒沸。

  5、撒上豌豆苗,起鍋澆在湯碗内即成。
