  1、将五花肉、香菇切塊,姜、蔥切片;

  2、熱鍋入油,把姜、蔥爆香;

  3、将五花肉放入鍋中繼續翻炒,出油;

  4、将生抽、老抽、料酒、黑椒、大料、香葉、桂皮、冰糖、黃豆醬、香菇入鍋加水,大火燒制5分鐘左右,再蓋上鍋蓋小火熬制一個小時左右(時間越長越好);

  5、用沸水焯下油菜至熟;

  6、最後把熟食裝盤即可。
