  1、芋頭5個、蘑菇适量。

  2、輔料:鹽适量、雞精适量、香菜适量。

  3、把芋頭刮皮後清洗幹淨,切成薄片。鍋裡倒入花生油,燒熱後下入蔥花爆出香味,然後放入芋頭進行翻炒。芋頭翻炒一會後,放入蘑菇,翻炒均勻後加水炖煮(也可以加一些骨頭湯,味道更好!),水開後大約十分鐘就熟了,然後放入食鹽,雞精,撒上香菜調味,即可出鍋。
