  1、3克左右川貝,機器打粉。

  2、把梨削個蓋兒,然後把中間掏個窩子,注意别掏穿底了。

  3、放入川貝粉,梨子去皮口感更好哦!

  4、可以加幾顆冰糖進去。

  5、然後拿幾根牙簽釘住水果蓋子,放到碗裡。

  6、鍋裡加水,在碗下面放個托架,水燒開後,小火慢慢地煨(注意别把水燒幹了)。

  7、兩個多小時後,梨的顔色都變了,質地酥軟即可。
