  1、主料:沙蛤蜊1000克,副料:香蔥。

  2、用清水加鹽調制成與海水鹹度相适的鹹水,水中滴入1-2滴香油、将沙蛤蜊放入鹹水中浸泡吐沙。

  3、将吐好沙子的沙蛤蜊放入容器中。

  4、容器上裹好一層錫紙。

  5、入烤箱180度10分鐘即可。
