  1、、材料:排骨1斤、海蛎幹10粒、山藥若幹。

  2、排骨洗淨後氽水,并沖去浮沫待用;山藥去皮切塊。

  3、起湯鍋燒水,倒入排骨和海蛎幹,大火燒開後轉小火煲2個小時,然後倒入山藥塊,煮10分鐘關火,按口味調入鹽即可。
