  1、兩臂彎曲,在頸後用力彎曲彈簧。

  2、兩臂向前,向上彎曲彈簧,然後放松。

  3、兩臂向胸前靠攏,彎曲彈簧,然後伸直,慢慢放松。

  4、站立,兩腳分開,右肘彎曲,用左手彎曲彈簧,然後左肘彎曲,用右手彎曲彈簧。

  5、兩臂向身後,緊握彈簧,然後向下伸直逐漸彎曲。

  6、追求的是數量不是重量!
