卷怎麼做好吃五香卷的家常做法

  食材:蘿蔔,豬肉,蔥,生姜,紅薯粉,豆腐皮

  配料:鹽,味精,醬油,十三香

  做法:

  1、把豬肉切成小丁狀,再放入蔥,生姜,胡蘿蔔絲和所有的配料,攪拌均勻;

  2、再放入适量的紅薯粉攪拌;

  3、把拌好的豬肉放入準備好的豆腐皮内;

  4、将豆腐皮的兩邊折起,再卷起來;

  5、卷好後把多餘的豆腐皮切斷;

  6、将卷好的成品放入熱油裡炸,注意要翻面,防止變焦。
