票子餅的做法家常做法

  做法如下:

  1、準備食材:闆栗、生粉、玉米澱粉、雞蛋、白糖;

  2、闆栗去殼,然後将去殼的闆栗放入保鮮袋中用擀面杖擀碎,過一遍篩;

  3、取生粉、玉米澱粉、闆栗粉放入盆内;

  4、雞蛋打入盆内,将白糖用溫水融化,緩緩加入,攪拌成無顆粒狀的粉漿;

  5、平底鍋燒至五成熱,放适量油,調小火,将粉漿倒入,不斷晃動平底鍋,以免糊底;

  6、一面煎至金黃色以後,用鏟子将闆栗餅翻面,将另一面煎至金黃色即可。
