  1、将青蒜苗洗淨,梗部和葉部分别切成段,大蒜切成末。

  2、豆腐切成小丁。

  3、郫縣豆瓣剁細。

  4、淨熱鍋放油,加入食用油,油溫後放入郫縣豆瓣炒香。

  5、接着放大蒜末炒香。

  6、注入少量開水,調入醬油、少許鹽。

  7、放入豆腐燒制,并用手推鍋使豆腐均勻入味。

  8、等水份快收幹時,加入青蒜苗梗部略燒倒入一半水澱粉推勻。

  9、加入青蒜苗葉部,倒入另一半水澱粉推勻略燒,關火即成。
