  豉汁鳳爪的做法:

  1、準備好食材和配料(鳳爪、豆豉醬、大蔥、姜、蒜、米椒、花椒粉、醬油、雞精)

  2、鳳爪洗淨,剁去指甲部分後,從中間剁斷

  3、鍋中加油燒熱,放入鳳爪,煎至出虎皮狀

  4、準備好配料(米椒、大蔥切成段、大蒜切小塊)

  5、煎好鳳爪後,放入配料加水燒開轉小火炖二十分鐘

  6、豆豉醬盛入碗中加醬油、雞精、花椒粉調成豉汁

  7、炖好收汁的鳳爪倒入豉汁翻炒入味即可
