  1、雞腿剔骨,在雞肉上叉小孔,蓋上保鮮膜放入冰箱冷藏腌制一小時。

  2、腌制好的雞腿肉放入平底鍋,平底鍋倒油,油一定要十分熱,雞皮朝下煎至皮脆,再反過來煎雞肉一面,倒入腌制雞排的醬料,少許留一點湯汁。

  3、把肉排切成小段!我們準備煮面,把面煮好,冷水沖洗下,把面撈出來放碗裡。

  4、把腌肉料裡放四勺白糖,在鍋裡融化了之後加點高湯,我放的是蚬子湯。等湯略濃稠了把雞塊放進去翻一下沾均勻,把雞肉夾出來。再次加水,水開後嘗下鹹淡,口味加鹽。
