  1、娃娃菜切成小長條,裝盤之後撒點鹽,多寶魚平鋪在上面。

  2、多寶魚表面撒點鹽,再薄薄刷上一層油。

  3、準備一點蔥姜去腥,上汽後蒸六分鐘。

  4、把小蔥、紅椒。疊加在一起,用小刀切,切完泡水。

  5、魚蒸好挑掉蔥姜,淋上蒸魚醬油撒上三絲。最後六成油溫上香即可。
