花蛤豬肝的做法

  1、主料:蛤蜊1斤,豬肝3兩。配料:生菜3兩;小米椒5克。香料:生姜5克,香蔥10克,大蒜子5克。

  2、先将蛤蜊洗淨沸水後剝開,再将豬肝切成厚薄均勻的片狀;

  3、生菜洗淨,用各種調料熬成燒汁,将洗淨生菜沸油水後墊盤底;

  4、後将剝開的蛤蜊沸水後蓋在生菜上;

  5、再将腌制的豬肝沸油水後放在蛤蜊上面;

  6、用生姜、米椒、蒜茸在油鍋煸香後,放入調好的燒汁,燒開後放入蔥白段淋在豬肝蛤蜊上即可。
