  1、用料:豬排骨500g,苦瓜1根,自制鹹菜200g一300g,鹽10g,黃豆半碗,豬肥肉100g。

  2、把肥肉下熱火煸炒出豬油,

  3、然後放排骨翻炒,

  4、鹹菜,苦瓜,黃豆,翻炒均勻後蓋上蓋調大火焖煮,

  5、五分鐘後轉小火換高壓鍋壓15~20分鐘即。
