  1、食材:山藥100克、紅棗50克、枸杞50克、黨參100克、甲魚1隻、龍骨500克、赤肉300克。

  2、将紅棗洗淨備用,山藥去皮、洗淨、切塊備用。

  3、甲魚去内髒,洗淨、切塊,下沸水焯一下,去腥去血污備用。

  4、龍骨、赤肉處理幹淨,切成塊備用。

  5、砂鍋放2/3水,燒開後,下入甲魚、龍骨、赤肉煮沸,轉小火,下入山藥、紅棗、杞子、黨參,文火炖4小時即可。
