  1、幹胡椒和黑胡椒入鍋高溫炒香,倒入石臼中研成粉,加一茶匙鹽攪拌均勻,裝碗備用。

  2、碗裡倒入面粉和米粉,攪拌均勻,鹽腌制大蝦後糊上米面粉,下熱油鍋炸至金黃撈出,撒上椒鹽攪拌均勻,調好蘸料,裝盤撒配菜。
