  1、材料:雞湯600克、番茄600克、番茄醬1杯、芝士1塊(約60克)、油漬橄榄菜2勺、豆角200克、清水适量、鹽适量、淡奶油1勺、胡椒粉适量。

  2、做法:番茄切塊、芝士刨絲、豆角起小塊備用。雞湯加入清水大火煮開。下入豆角、番茄,大火煮沸,轉文火煮30分鐘。加入番茄醬、油漬橄榄菜,大火煮開。調入淡奶油,加鹽、胡椒粉調味。最後拌入芝士絲即可。
