家常土豆炖排骨

  1、主料:排骨500克,土豆500克;調料:花椒3克,料酒5克,姜10克,香菜5克,大蔥10克,鹽10克,雞精5克,豬油(煉制)30克

  2、将排骨剁成5厘米長的段;

  3、土豆去皮切成塊;

  4、姜切片、蔥切段、香菜洗淨切段;

  5、鍋内放入水,燒開後将排骨燙一下,洗淨浮沫;

  6、鍋内加豬油燒熱,用蔥、姜炝鍋,放入排骨煸炒;

  7、然後加入湯汁、花椒、料酒、鹽、味精,放入土豆,用中火炖熟;

  8、去蔥、姜後盛出, 撒入切好的香菜段即可。
