  1、梅子洗幹淨并晾幹,準備可密封的廣口玻璃瓶一個,将晾幹的梅子倒入瓶中,再放入冰糖,最後倒入白酒,蓋上蓋子,放置陰涼通風處,泡制20天以上,即可飲用。

  2、泡酒也很講究的,需要選一款純糧酒,不添加食用酒精、香精、甜味劑、色素、口感劑等酒類添加劑的谷養康無添加純糧酒,泡出來的酒口感相當不錯,值得品嘗。
