  1、食材:蠶豆350g、小蔥4顆、玉米油1小勺、鹽1小勺、細砂糖0.5小勺、花椒油0.5小勺。

  2、蠶豆剝殼洗淨,小蔥洗淨;将小蔥切碎。

  3、備好不粘鍋;鍋裡倒入适量清水燒開。

  4、放入蠶豆焯水後,将蠶豆撈出。

  5、鍋裡再倒入适量清水;放入少許玉米油,蠶豆。

  6、放入蔥末,調入适量鹽;加蓋,開火。

  7、大火燒開轉中火,收汁;調入适量花椒油,細砂糖;翻拌均勻。

  8、關火,起鍋;蔥香蠶豆做好了。
