  1、将三斤山楂去掉裡面的籽,電飯鍋中加适量清水,再放入山楂,選擇電飯鍋裡面的煮粥功能,将煮好的山楂打成泥。

  2、然後再次倒入電飯鍋裡面使用幹鍋功能,煮的過程中不停的攪拌,煮的越濃稠越好,

  3、最後在模具中鋪上保鮮膜,然後将山楂倒在模具裡面,蓋上鍋靜置放涼,最後切成條,淋上桂花蜂蜜水,山楂糕就做好了。
