  1、首先豬瘦肉切薄片(一盤的量),打入一至二個雞蛋,加入适量水澱粉,用筷子攪動三分鐘。

  2、鍋裡倒入500克豆油燒開,肉片下鍋炸至八分熟撈出瀝油。

  3、鍋内留少許油,燒熱,依次倒入肉片、100克醬油、蔥花、蒜片、姜末、少許發好的木耳、黃瓜片、胡蘿蔔片、食鹽、十三香等調味品,爆炒至肉熟,最後加入味精,出鍋裝盤,撒點香菜末。
