  1、主料:蓮藕300克。調料:鹽3克,味精1克,植物油25克。

  2、做法:将嫩藕洗淨切成薄片。鍋内入油燒熱,放入藕片颠翻幾下。放入适量食鹽、味精立即出鍋。

  3、蓮藕微甜而脆,可生食也可做菜,而且藥用價值相當高,它的根根葉葉,花須果實,無不為寶,都可滋補入藥。
