  1、雞爪800g、八角2顆、料酒1勺、蒜1瓣、蔥1根、植物油1勺、芝麻油1勺、花椒100g、蚝油1勺、鹽1勺。

  2、步驟:雞爪洗淨放入鍋中。大火煮沸關火。洗淨的雞爪中加入八角、料酒。小火加熱,放入花椒炒香。撈起花椒加入蒜末。加入蚝油、炒出紅油。加蔥花攪拌,倒入容器晾涼。煮爛的雞爪放入冰水中浸泡一小時。将雞爪去骨,浸泡5小時。美味的無骨雞爪就做好了。
