闆栗焖豬肉

  1、主料:豬肋條肉(五花肉)600克,栗子(鮮)500克;調料:料酒10克,鹽3克,醬油50克,味精1克,蔥白15克,豬油50克。

  2、将栗子用沸水煮片刻撈出,去殼去内皮,洗淨晾幹備用。

  3、豬肉切塊、蔥切段。

  4、炒鍋上旺火,放入豬油,燒至八成熱時放入栗子煸炒,熟後撈入盆裡。

  5、用炒栗子的鍋放少許豬油燒熱,再放入豬肉煸炒至斷生,下料酒、鹽、醬油、肉湯,燒沸後,改小火,并放入栗子一同焖炖,至肉爛栗子酥、湯稠時,加味精、蔥段,翻炒幾下,出鍋裝盤。
