  1、方法一:鍋燒熱倒油,油熱後放少量白糖,等白糖色呈微黃時,将魚放入。放第二條時不必加糖,這樣煎出的魚既不粘鍋,又色美味香。

  2、方法二:魚身塗抹少量油,下熱油鍋後改小火,任何魚都能煎好,焦黃、完整、絕不粘鍋。

  3、方法三:用鮮姜或姜汁在鍋底塗上一層,放油,油熱後放魚,也不會粘鍋。
