  1、原料:豬蹄1個,清水50毫升,藤菜200克,鹽、味精各适量。

  2、将豬蹄去除毛,刮洗幹淨,切成小塊,注入清水,先用大火燒開,撇去浮沫。

  3、再将藤菜和鹽加入,繼續用小火炖至豬蹄酥爛,調入味精,分1~2次趁熱食肉、菜,喝湯。
