  1、豆角洗淨備用。

  2、将清水倒入鍋中煮沸。

  3、加入鹽、花椒、冰糖,煮沸一分鐘後關火靜置即可。

  4、将豆角連同辣椒裝入密封罐,将煮好的調料倒入密封罐,注意要完全淹沒食材。

  5、将密封好的豆角腌制半個月後就可以切段食用了。
