  1、主料:油麥菜。

  2、輔料:豆豉鲮魚、大蒜。

  3、調料:鹽、味精、白糖、香油、料酒、醬油、生粉。

  4、油麥菜洗淨後切成段、大蒜切末備用;

  5、坐鍋點火倒油,将油麥菜放入爆炒至顔色翠綠,調入少許鹽、味精、白糖出鍋裝盤

  6、鍋中再加少許油,下蒜末煸香後放入豆豉鲮魚,加料酒、少許清水、味精、白糖、醬油調味,出鍋前勾芡淋香油,澆在油麥菜中即可。
