  1、除去白菜外面的爛葉子, 将白菜放在太陽地裡曬兩天,讓白菜跑跑水分。

  2、把缸洗淨,待用。将白菜打颠倒放進缸裡壓實,每層撒一點鹽,防止白菜爛。

  3、找來合适的石頭,洗淨開水燙一下。(如果有一個大石頭更好)

  4、将石頭壓在白菜上。拿盆往缸裡倒水,水要沒過白菜。

  5、用手使勁壓石頭,壓實。放置在陰涼處四十多天,待白菜和水都發黃即可。
