  1、備料洗盡指甲貝泡水吐沙。蒜切蓉,姜蔥絲,辣椒切丁。香菜切段。

  2、開水煮指甲貝至開口。撈出備用。

  3、熱鍋下油,放入切好備用的蒜,蔥,辣椒,炒出香味後放入指甲貝。中火翻炒。

  4、加入适量生抽提鮮,老抽上色。耗油體味。最後加香菜,香菜香味出來後就可以出鍋啦。
