  1、食材:雞湯1碗,豆腐丸子400克,青蒜3根,剁辣椒1小勺,蚝油1小勺。

  2、青蒜切小段;坐鍋燒油下豆腐丸子滑成金黃色,濾出多餘的油;

  3、将雞湯澆到豆腐丸子上燒開後轉小火煨10分鐘,中途調鹽,最後撒青蒜末,剁辣椒,淋少許蚝油即可。
