  1、馬鈴薯切片放入蒸籠蒸5分鐘後取出搗成泥,幹香菇泡水後與紅蘿蔔、九層塔切細末備用。

  2、将豆渣幹香菇泡水後與紅蘿蔔、九層塔切細與加入調味料攪拌均勻後,再捏成丸子狀,并沾裹上太白粉備用。

  3、在将丸子放入170℃的油鍋中,以小火炸約5分鐘,待丸子浮出油面後,撈出瀝油即可。
