  食療中粥是非常适合的,包括很多種,比如最常見的是南瓜小米粥。另外,可以在粥裡加入一些蛋白質,比如魚片粥、羊肉胡蘿蔔粥。因為粥太清淡的話不容易入口,所以可以做成鹹的(加一些鹽、肉)的粥,既富含營養又會比較爽口。還可以服用一些含有藥膳的粥,比如山藥百合薏仁粥、山藥桂圓粥、茯苓人參粥。
