  1、材料:羊肉、香油10克、醬油50克、鹽5克、味精2克、胡椒粉3克、辣椒粉2克、大蔥10克、姜10克。

  2、做法:将羊肉洗淨,放入鍋内,加入水(以浸過羊肉為度),燒開,撇去浮沫,轉微火煮熟取出,晾涼備用。将熟羊肉切成絲,放入盤内,加入醬油、精鹽、味精、胡椒粉、辣椒粉、香油、蔥姜末、拌勻即成。
