  1、原料:水發銀耳150克,小黃瓜1條,精鹽、蔥、姜汁、紅辣椒、白糖、醋、麻油。

  2、做法:銀耳切成絲,用開水燙一下撈出,瀝幹水分,加精鹽、味精、蔥、姜汁、白糖、醋拌好待用。黃瓜洗淨,用冷鹽開水消毒後批成長薄片,做成喇叭花形,用紅辣椒絲做花心。耳園盤一隻,把拌好的銀耳放糖中央,周圍放黃瓜刻成的喇叭花即成。

  3、特點: 色彩鮮豔,清味可口。
