紅棗糯米糍粑

  1、圓糯米、紅棗各适量。将糯米淘洗後浸泡一夜

  2、将紅棗去核,切碎;

  3、将糯米撈出與紅棗混合放入大碗中上鍋蒸熟;

  4、将蒸好的糯米放進淺一點的保鮮盒中壓實(壓的時候将大勺子沾上水,這樣就不會粘);

  5、待涼後,取出切成大小合适的塊;

  6、鍋中熱油,三成熱時,中火,放入糍粑坯,炸至外表金黃取出控油;

  7、吃上撒上白糖即可。
