梅幹菜怎麼做餡會好吃呢

  梅幹菜是以糖、梅幹菜、鹽制成的餡。其用途可做烙食包食之用。

  制法:

  1、将梅幹菜用溫水泡好洗淨剁碎,核桃仁、青紅絲切碎,同白糖、熟面粉、鹽放在一起,再入香油用手拌合搓勻,至不散好可使用;

  2、起油鍋将豬肉炒至出油呈金黃色,放入蔥、姜炒香,加入梅幹菜、糖、醬油、筍丁,水煮約1小時成内餡備用。
