  1、芹菜葉子、蝦皮、雞蛋、面粉、水、食用油、鹽。

  2、芹菜葉用水洗淨用熱水燙一下切碎。

  3、蝦皮用熱水泡軟切碎。

  4、放入碎葉、碎蝦皮、一個雞蛋、面粉、加适量的水拌勻成糊。

  5、平底鍋放一點油倒入拌好的糊煎熟。

  6、反個面,烙至兩面金黃即可出鍋。
