榄角腐竹蒸排骨的做法

  1、食材:排骨;腐竹;黑榄角;醬油;生油;鹽;澱粉,姜蒜片。

  2、排骨用清水浸泡去血污。瀝幹水後,放入姜蒜片和榄角,再加入澱粉、醬油、生油、鹽、少許白糖,拌勻腌排骨,大約十分鐘。

  3、在碟子上放上腐竹,再鋪上剛腌好的排骨,放鍋裡蒸熟。
